Method of Training Classification of Training Courses and Trainees

Training will be conducted in several phases, dependent upon the specific need of each level of management, as follows:

Training of Senior Staff

objective is to ensure proper working knowledge of what their value to and role in the organization is.

Training of Mid-Level Management

This will likely involve 13- days of training for those responsible for maintaining the system on a day-to-day basis and who will likely take the lead in the long term.

will likely consist of 10-20 individuals per session - Training of employees with “lesser” roles in maintaining and executing the system

Our Strategy

Our Strategy for Providing Services

The strategy for providing services is compliant to ISO standards to work in close coordination with “Training Process Improvement”. This will be done by identifying critical core processes deployed in each course, establishing their internal and external linkages and interfaces, developing metrics for performance measurement and analysis and building around such processes a quality system which fully meets the requirement of clients with international standard. A key consideration in the training phase of each course will be ensure that identification of trainee and client requirements is properly done and unique performance indicators are established to measure the effectiveness of training process.
